Our home valuation algorithm uses linear regression models generated from property tax and market price data from hundreds of thousands of transactions across Canada. We cover most cities and towns in Canada with a combined coverage of over 90% of Canada's population. Our datasets are constantly updated to match the latest market conditions.

For the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we use an additional analysis that takes into account the original purchase price of the property and home price growth over the past 25 years for the specific property type. The model also accounts for possible renovations over the ownership period.

NOTICE: Our home valuation results are for informational purposes only. We aim to provide the most accurate home valuation based on a user-friendly set of input parameters. Subsequently, we cannot account for various property-specific or neighborhood specific factors. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our valuations.

LIMITATIONS: Our home valuation API is currently available in the following provinces: Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Quebec. Commercial properties including farms are not supported.
