Additional fund details

Since December 2023, ACM Advisors has been a 75%-owned subsidiary of EQB Inc., the parent company of EQ Bank and Equitable Bank. ACM continues to operate separately and independently manage its mortgage investment funds, while EQ Bank and Equitable Bank focus on traditional lending and deposit products. The acquisition expanded EQB’s presence in fee-based asset management while maintaining separation between the bank’s balance sheet and ACM’s investment funds. The fund may use a liquidity facility for short-term borrowing, but leverage is limited to no more than 10% of NAV.
