ACM Climate & Social Fund is a pooled fund managed for institutional investors and the newest of ACM Advisors' mandates, launched in 2025. It invests in a diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial mortgages and loans secured by real estate assets aligned with positive climate and/or social outcomes, applying the same first-mortgage, capital-preservation discipline as ACM's other commercial mortgage funds while adding an environmental and social impact screen. Since December 2023, ACM has operated as a majority-owned (75%) subsidiary of EQB Inc. (parent of Equitable Bank), while continuing to manage its funds independently.
