KingSett High Yield Fund provides bridge and mezzanine credit to borrowers with commercial real estate assets or projects in Canada's major urban markets, including multifamily, industrial, and for-sale housing. Since its 2014 inception, it has grown into one of Canada's largest non-bank bridge and construction lenders. The fund is structured as a limited partnership and is available only to institutional, family office and high-net-worth investors.
