Role Description

We are looking for a passionate sales representative to help us in our real estate lead management and work at one of Canada’s fastest-growing real estate startups. WOWA is looking to make the world’s first end-to-end real estate ecosystem and has a portfolio of more than 200 financial and real estate tools as well as a leading real estate services marketplace.

Your Responsibilities

  • Call/text/email the real estate buyers and sellers and convert them to a closing deal
  • Contact and pitch to potential real estate agents to join WOWA.ca
  • Suggest and design the structure of the future financial products-
  • Help real estate agents to complete their profiles by adding their data (real estate transactions) to the system
  • Provide suggestions about possible new products based on the customer and agent feedback

Must Have

  • Sales or customer support work experience
  • Availability to make phone calls anytime during the day
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for customer acquisition and the company growth

Good to Have

  • Good understanding of the real estate industry
  • Familiarity with mortgage products
  • Familiarity with web technologies. No extensive programming experience necessary.
