Take your time before you list. Interview multiple agents. Make sure your home is staged perfectly before putting it in the market - you only have 1 shot. We will not list a home unless we know it's perfect and show ready.

When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?

Prior to real estate I was the Director of Operations at Pearson Intl Airport. I enjoyed it a lot but I cannot picture myself doing anything else but real estate. This is my passion.

If you win a $10M lottery tomorrow, what would you do?

I will buy more investment properties and turn 10M to 100M. Will propbably work less and spend more time with my family.

What is your favorite sport/TV show to watch?

We are big leaf fans at home. This is a great time to bond with my daughters and spend time together as a family. We also try to catch as many lives games as possible.
