Being well informed and understanding the market is key. Being fully prepared will enhance the home buying experience. It can be a competitive market, so patience is required. Choose an Agent who can negotiate and whom you are comfortable with.

Listing a home and selling at top dollar, consists of good preparation, understanding of the market and pricing right. An Agent who has a good handle on marketing, ability to price a property right and negotiate the best terms possible are key.
In your opinion, what is the key to being a great real estate agent?
First and foremost, knowledgeable! A great Agent operates with honesty and integrity; a great listener, adaptable to changing circumstances and a creative problem solver. Being self motivated, persistent and detail oriented are also key. Last by not least, an engaging personality who can work collaboratively.
