When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?
When i'm not working Real Estate i am either with my wife and 2 young sons or working on home flips. Nothing is better than at the end of a long day sitting down with family and playing with the kids. My wife and i both enjoy flipping properties, so when we do have a project on the go i do allocate quite a bit of time towards the renos.
What would you want to do for a living if you were not a real estate agent?
I know this sounds cheesy but i was lucky enough to merge my real estate with my other passion of Building Homes and Renovations. My wife has a passion for interior design and i love transforming old run down houses so we have been able to blend it all together.
If you win a $10M lottery tomorrow, what would you do?
With $10 million i would buy a waterfront property in Hawaii as it is my wifes dream and try to work a lot less so i could spend some good quality time with the boys. I would still work in real estate but more likely as a mentor for new agents. The remaining money would probably be spent by my wife buying a farm in order to take in rescue animals.
