If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?
The seller typically pays the commission for both the seller’s agent and the buyer’s agent. Therefore most of the time working with a buyer agent can be completely free to the buyer!
If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?
Any real estate agent can upload your home on the MLS but I'm committed to helping you be the most informed seller in your area!

Ever since I was young, I've been a huge Ottawa Senators fan! Unfortunately, it's been a lot more challenging to follow these past few years but I'm really looking forward to theses upcoming years of “Unparalleled Success” between 2021-2025
