If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?
Patience and persistence is key. There are plenty of homes out there and my job is to listen to your needs and sort out the best fit for your needs.

Education and hard work to be best advised on the worth of your home and the overall impression it makes to potential buyers.

I love to be personal with my clients. I am a great listener and it’s in this informal, casual conversations that we learn about one another’s personalities and goals.
What is your favorite place to go to with your family or friends?
My father’s hometown on the Adriatic coast of Italy. There’s a carefree lifestyle there that soothes the soul and calms the mind.
If you win a $10M lottery tomorrow, what would you do?
With a newfound $10M I could probably buy a condo in downtown Toronto and maybe grab a coffee. Haha! GTA prices! Truthfully, I would take a trip to a beach to quietly plan who I could help and where I need to invest in my children’s futures.
