If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?
Be patient, be pre-qualified and know your neighbourhoods. Your REALTOR® should be able to tell you about trends in your neighbourhoods, acceptable price ranges for homes and to prepare you for a successful offer on your next home!
What sets you apart from other real estate agents?
As sellers, Beth and Ryan have a track record of getting more for their clients through extensive marketing. Sure, anyone can sell a home but it takes in depth knowledge and strength in negotiation to get more from this large investment.
If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?
If the key component of selling your home is the lowest commission, re-consider that strategy. You may save $ up front, but as a result may get less marketing and support. A good REALTOR® has marketing and negotiation skills that get you more on sale price

What would you want to do for living if you were not a real estate agent?
We're entrepreneurs at heart. We enjoy the business aspects of our career and would be trying to find a different way to help people if it wasn't for real estate.
What is your favorite vacation spot?
Antigua. It's low profile, low commercialization, beautiful and relaxing.
When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?
We have three children, so when we aren't working we're with them. Watching them grow up is incredible and we are thankful that we have a job where we are around them through these phases.
