If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?
Never rush as buying a home is a substantial economic decision and we will walk together to find the best home for you at the best negotiated price possible.Your best interests will be looked after by me.
What sets you apart from other real estate agents?
My response to my clients are immediate .Always updating Clients and educating them. Transparent in my dealings and ready to answer any questions .
If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?
After I give you a Listing presentation be realistic with the Listing Price and rest I shall do my best to sell it at the earliest.My listings normally sell's in 20 Days or less.
In your opinion, what is the key to being a great real estate agent?
A great real estate agent is one who can understand the needs and aspirations of a buyer and Seller all the time.The client confidence ,faith and trust which I feel is won but not sold!!!
