You need to buy right because if you do not you will be playing catch up on your next home purchases. Take the time to come up with a list of what is important for you to be happy in your next home.

What sets you apart from other real estate agents? Why should a potential customer work with you?*

I am professional and easy to work with. I will spend time to educate on the current market and not waste your time or push you into something you are not ready for. Being experienced with home renovation I will show you what to look for in a "good" home.

You only get one chance at a first impression, make it a good one. "Discount" brokerages offer "discount" services; you may save a little on commission but they may leave money on the table.

I would renovate homes in need of some "love" and sell for a profit.

I like to ask questions and know what my clients do in their spare time and what motivates them. Their WHY

What is your favorite vacation spot?

I love to travel. I have been to over 35 countries and its easy to find something to love everywhere. That said I think my favorite all around place is Nicaragua.
