If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?*
Have a plan of action in place and know what you can afford. Work with a Realtor® who can help you build that plan and guide you through the process. If you approach it as a project, with clear steps and roles, you will ultimately enjoy the journey!
What sets you apart from other real estate agents? Why should a potential customer work with you?*
Helping other Global Brands build their Customer Experience has allowed me to bring these same strategies to my clients. My goal is for my client's Real Estate journey to be educational, enjoyable, and as stress-free as possible.

Leverage the power of good Marketing! Having a Realtor® on your side who can powerfully position your property in front of various audiences (active and passive) will ultimately fetch top dollar for your home.

What would you want to do for a living if you were not a real estate agent?
I'm an entrepreneur at heart and enjoy helping people. To that end, I would be helping local businesses in Guelph build their brand, scale their business, and elevate their customer experience!
When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?
I have 2 very active kids and a puppy, and so when I'm not working, I'm with them! Our family is very involved in the soccer community, so most of our free time is spent on the pitch!
Besides discussing real estate with your clients, what are your other favourite conversation topics?
Everyone has a journey they've been through and a story to tell, and it's always so fascinating to hear about it.
