If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?*

Most people buy and sell several times over their lifetime. The first valuable piece of information I like to tell my buyer is that a house is not just a home, it's an investment so you want to make sure you will get a return if need to sell in the future

What sets you apart from other real estate agents? Why should a potential customer work with you?*

I am a people person! Before I joined the real estate world, I worked in the social services field for 13 years in various capacities AND because I was a military spouse, I have first hand of experience of the selling, buying and relocating process.

If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller, what would it be?*

You have one chance to make an impression! Your photos should be top notch so the cleanliness and presentation of your home in those pictures are paramount to a successful sale as well as inside and outside home maintenance during any showings.

When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?

When I'm not working, I am enjoying visits with family and playtime/ walktime with my two dogs, Sophie and Bridget. Bridget is a special dog because she is a rescue who suffers PTSD. We have had her for 3 years and it has been amazing watching her slowly come out of her shell and learn how to be part of the family. We are so proud of her accomplishments.

What is your favorite quote?

Find what you love to do and you will never work a day in your life

What would you want to do for a living if you were not a real estate agent?

I would go back in the social services field helping people. As I mentioned before, I am a people person, so I could never imagine not being able to meet and/or help new people everyday in some capacity.

I found Mamie online! I looked deep into her eyes 👀 on her profile picture and had the gut feel she was the realtor for us. I picked up my phone and called her. ..the rest is history. I was across country at the time and wasn't buying immediately. She nurtured that 3 months phone relationship until we moved to calgary and got us our dream hone within a week for a VERY good price point. She won't push you to bid higher...or unreasonably. I loved her soft touch ..it made it easy to work with her...show more

Mamie is a very pleasant lady and so helpful in every way possible. She always responded to or emails, texts or phones within a very reasonable amount of time. She has helped us purchase our first home until we outgrew it. Naturally we called her again to help us sell our house and purchase a new one. I highly recommend her.
