If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?
It is very important to set the correct price for your home first when it goes on the market. This comes from years of experience. If you price it too high, your home sits on the market and becomes unattractive to potential buyers!

Listening to your clients needs and desires as opposed to assuming you know what they want .

When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?
I like to go cycling, play hockey, go to the gym, going for dinner at a fine restaurant and movies with my better half.
If you win a $10M lottery tomorrow, what would you do?
I would definitely do some more travelling to countries I have always wanted to see like Ireland, Greece and Italy. I would definitely invest more in real estate because I really believe it is the best place to invest money.
What is your favorite sport/TV show to watch?
Hockey and Basketball. Go Leafs go and the Raptors are number 1!!!
