If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?
Make sure your financial affairs are in order prior to starting your search for either an agent or property!
What sets you apart from other real estate agents?
My clients have told me that I listen to them, make changes as required, and help them narrow down what they're looking for, while still providing options as we go through the process. Neighbourhoods they may not have initially considered for example.
If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?
When your home goes to market, it is only worth what the Buyer's say it is worth. Make your home welcoming, odor free, and realize that it is not really your home anymore if you want to sell it.
In your opinion, what is the key to being a great real estate agent?
Patience, listen more talk less, and PAY ATTENTION to what they're 'not' saying is as equally important as what they 'are'saying.

Do unto others as you'd have done unto you - or something like that.
If you win a $10M lottery tomorrow, what would you do?
We would settle all our financial affairs as well as our childrens. We would buy a new home. We would donate to our favorite charities, and take a vacation, then get back to work.
Besides discussing real estate with your clients, what are your other favorite conversation topics?
We volunteer with a local non-profit called Kindred Community Farm Sanctuary where we bring people and rescued animals together to learn kindness, trust, empathy and friendship.
We sing in a local choir. And we have 3 granddaughters. So those tend to be the most frequent topics of conversation.
When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?
I like to read, watch tv, do crossword puzzles, walk my dogs. Grandchildren live far away so they're not a regular option.
