If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?*
Take your time doing your due diligence. Viewing properties online is different than viewing in person, so you need to take the time with your boots on the ground viewing different areas and options before jumping into a purchase.
What sets you apart from other real estate agents? Why should a potential customer work with you?*
Jeff and I have a very open and honest approach to business in Real Estate. We provide our clients all the information up front, and advise them on all their different options to assist them in making an informed decision.

Put the time and effort in preparation to show your property at its best. Whether its a few maintenance items, painting, etc., we help advise our clients on the steps to take, as with the power of technology you want your home to show its best online.

When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?
Getting out in the outdoors and playing sports when at home, and travelling when my schedule allows. There's so much to explore around the North Shore, so there's no shortage of options nearby.
What is your favorite sport/TV show to watch?
Hockey - life long fan of the Vancouver Canucks.
What is your favorite place to go to with your family or friends?
The Okanagan in the Summer, or Tofino in the Fall/Winter!
