This is serious business - you don't want to buy a money pit or get stuck in a legal mess.
Sadly many Realtors don't care enough to show you these things.

Would you rather save 1.5% on commission, or get a 5% higher sale price for your home? Proper staging/ presentation and strong negotiating tactics will ultimately leave you with the most $$ in your pocket at the end of it all.
