If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?
Save your hard earned money! Move when you need to move, make sure you pick the right agent even if it's not me. Make sure you talk to the bank and see how much you can afford and always shop around for the best mortgage rate.
What sets you apart from other real estate agents?
I"m not there to Force anyone to sell/buy, My objective is to get the right price for them and give them all the information they need to make a proper decision
If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?
There is Worth, Price and Value when it comes to Selling. Worth is sentimental, you can't be sentimental when selling your home. Price is what you list at to attract buyers. Value is a willing seller will to sell for and a buyer willing to pay.

Some one who is looking out for their Clients best interest not their own.
