If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?
Make sure you have per-approved financing before looking for property. This will give you a guideline as to what you are able to afford, what areas you should consider, and what property types would fit your needs.
What sets you apart from other real estate agents?
I have the personal experience and know how to help individuals find the perfect property.
If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?
Consider comparable properties in your area that are currently on the market and have recently sold. That is the best berometer for where you should set your expectations.

Understanding the clients needs and following through on those guidelines.

With my family. I have 2 children and love spending time watching them grow and learn new things.

Some form of Business. I enjoy finding niche markets and unique opportunities. I guess you could say that I am a serial entrepreneur.
