If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?

The one piece of advice I would always give to a buyer is: Always forward think before you purchase property. Every piece of property purchased will be sold in the future. Can you anticipate a high future demand for the property your considering?

What sets you apart from other real estate agents?

I have years of experience in negotiating at a high level on both the buyer and seller side.

The one piece of advice I would always give to a seller is: Always think like a buyer, never think like a seller. By thinking like a buyer you can easily identify area's of your home that should be improved to attract a bigger return on your investment.

The absolute most important key in being a great agent is to be 100% committed to your clients success.

What would you want to do for living if you were not a real estate agent?

If I were not a real estate agent, I would no doubt be involved in some other sales career that leverages my ability to negotiate for my clients.

When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?

I love spending time with my wife and kids, I'm very happy just relaxing with family. I love golf and the warm weather. I work really hard for my clients so when I do have down time I like to relax with family and friends.

If you win a $10M lottery tomorrow, what would you do?

I've always said this ever since I was a kid. If I won $10M or any huge amount of money, I would without doubt help people who need it. I would donate to a great charity and give back. I just feel very strongly about helping others when your more fortunate. I am not sure if it's because I have never been helped myself and I don't want that for others, or maybe it's plainly just my character. I'm a Libra so maybe that has something to do with it.

What is your favorite sport/TV show to watch?

I'm such a hockey fan. It's just in my blood and I love everything about the sport.
