If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?*
Not to get too emotional when searching for a home. Keeping a cool and level head is so important to make sure you do not over look certain flaws in a home that could become a problem later on if you decide to purchase the home.
What sets you apart from other real estate agents? Why should a potential customer work with you?*
I take pride in my professionalism and providing quality service to my clients is what I strive for.
If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?*
Make sure your home is priced correctly. If it is priced too high there is a likelihood of your home sitting on the market longer than anticipated effecting the value. On the other hand, if it priced too low you may not get the most value for your home.
