If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?*
Prepare yourself up-front. The market moves fast, and the good properties don't last - so if you want to have a successful experience, get your ducks in a row at the start.
What sets you apart from other real estate agents? Why should a potential customer work with you?*
I don't take shortcuts - If you are a Buyer, I am with you at viewings and I will be reviewing the documents making sure there are no surprises. If you are a Seller, I take so much pride in the way my listings present themselves, ensuring maximum appeal.
If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller, what would it be?*
Understand the importance of marketing and the effect that a professional marketing plan can have in getting you the highest dollar in the shortest amount of time. A solid plan can be the difference between 10 offers and no offers.

When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?
I have 2 beautiful dogs (Nova & Thumper) at home that can't seem to get enough of me so when I find some free time, I like to make sure that they feel loved. You can find me every day of the week bringing them to Spanish Banks, Kitsilano Beach, or walking along Point Grey Road.
What is your favorite sport/TV show to watch?
It would be easy for me to say that "How I Met Your Mother" would be my favourite TV Show, since I have watched it from start to finish 4 times over but, nowadays I love to keep up with NFL Games. I use to not watch Football but with a new appreciation for the amount of preparation and schemes that these teams use, I find myself more and more drawn to the games.
Besides discussing real estate with your clients, what are your other favourite conversation topics?
Food, Cars, Animals, Sports... you name it, and I am open to conversing it!
