In your opinion, what is the key to being a great real estate agent?
Like any successful organization, effective and consistent communication is a MAJOR key to being an elite real estate agent. By constantly updating my clients on work being done for them and consistently educating them throughout the process, my clients come out of their real estate journey with great memories. Through effective and consistent communication, my clients become friends and neighbours.
What sets you apart from other real estate agents?
What sets me apart is my ability to set myself apart from other agents. I’m sure you are tired of hearing "I outsell everyone!", "I get the best for my clients!" or some sort of other self-promoting tag line. Same, every agent pretty much says the same things. Don’t get me wrong, I get the best for my clients as well. My ability to market creatively and work WITH my clients is what makes me different from the rest. While other agents use the same cookie cutter mold that they find might work for them, I find ways to set you apart from the rest of the field. Whether buying or selling, I go above and beyond to find ways to work WITH you that suit YOUR needs. I mean, it is one of the biggest transactions of your life, don’t you want a say in how it is done?
