If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?

Take your time with your purchase and make sure you don't overextend yourself. Getting Pre-approved is very important after that happens to take a look at a few different styles of homes and in a few different areas.

My Extensive Marketing Plan and knowledge for the real estate market

If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?

Take the time to get your home ready for today's market don't rush it on the market. We use an interior designer and hope that all of our sellers use as much of their info as possible.

Trust, hardwork, and dedication to all of your clients.

When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?

When I am not working I am coaching my son's baseball team, taking my daughter to dance, travelling with my family and friends. I try my best to spend as much time with my family as possible. I am also the Vice Chair of our Local Food Pantry so that keeps me busy.

Besides discussing real estate with your clients, what are your other favorite conversation topics?

I find we discuss a lot about Family and also I am a sports fanatic so we do have a lot of conversations about various sports.

What is your favorite sport/TV show to watch?

We are a sports family but I love to sit and watch baseball with my son as it is his favourite sport and it is also my favourite sport.

What would you want to do for living if you were not a real estate agent?

I can't imagine not being in real estate but if I weren't I would love to be involved with the restaurant business I feel like the interaction with staff and local families would be amazing and right up my alley.
