About Brandon

I am a second-generation realtor, I know the business inside and out. Though I can't "inspect" homes for you, I have attended over 150 of them and can generally spot things that you would want to avoid - saving you the cost of an inspection on a place with issues you would never have considered if you had known. I also worked for a bank doing mortgages and investments at one point so I am very well versed in surrounding services. I fully inform clients and have a 0 pressure approach.

BusinessmanCareer Q & A

If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?

Don't sign a representation agreement until the agent has proven their worth. Always make sure your expected services are in writing, and that you have a way out of the contract if the realtor isn't cutting it.

What sets you apart from other real estate agents?

I am committed to the business, and do not push a contract. If you like what I have to say, the service I provide, and my knowledge I am sure we will do business together.

If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?

Don't be impressed with typical. Most boast of "SOLD OVER ASKING!" - that's a given. I would focus on if that person has the skills needed and the time to dedicate to you. Many agents will work hard to get your business, but that's where it ends.

In your opinion, what is the key to being a great real estate agent?

Being able to establish rapport with other agents is an often overlooked part of the process. Doing so affords my clients many opportunities that others do not get.

As a seller’s agent, what services do you provide at no extra cost?

If you win a $10M lottery tomorrow, what would you do?

I would invest in my business, meaning I have a lot of ideas that when implemented would benefit clients greatly. I have seen too many people make a killing in real estate and keep it all, I would love to show my clients some unique perks well after the transaction. Feel free to ask as I could talk endlessly about it, haha!

Besides discussing real estate with your clients, what are your other favorite conversation topics?

I love learning about their professions. I am a constant learner and I always enjoy hearing about what happens in peoples profession.

When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?

I am very creative and driven to help people. My business doesn't allow me to volunteer in a consistent way as most people need so I do so a bit differently. I lend my expertise on the site Reddit, trying to help people in any way I can. I also will help those I know with practical things (since I am very skilled with tools). That and family time, my life is full and I am super grateful to have enough things to enjoy it all.

What would you want to do for living if you were not a real estate agent?

I would love to be an actor/comedian. Seriously, if you know of an opportunity let me know. But on a more practical note, I love teaching and helping people get further than they can on their own. I have informally done some business coaching, life coaching etc but I feel I could really make an entrance in that space due to my wide array of professional knowledge.
