Never rush, take your time. Make sure you are checking all the must-have boxes on your wishlist. Always ask for more information, do not make an offer until you are satisfied.

I have strong negotiation skills. I am very organized, bondable, and trustworthy. My effective communication and time management skills keep my client up to date. Working with me is stress-free. I work for my clients to protect their interests in a deal.

Always do a cost-benefit analysis. Ask your agent for a pre-listing walkthrough. Always disclose if you know anything about your property. Top dollars offer is not always the best offer, make sure to look at all the options.
