If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?*
Location. Location. Location. Everything else can be changed except that.
What sets you apart from other real estate agents? Why should a potential customer work with you?*
My faith-based approach during the entire process of finding or selling a home. St. Joseph is the Patron Saint of Homes and he is the spiritual force being our team.
If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?*
Only sell if you HAVE to. Always consider refinancing and holding your property as a rental if at all possible.

What would you want to do for living if you were not a real estate agent?
I was a civil engineer for 9 years before going into real estate full-time. If it wasn't for the dynamic and fulfilling career of real estate, I would be back in engineering which I had always wanted to do as a kid and a teen.
What is your favorite vacation spot?
Croatia! It has majestic beaches, amazing food, culture, and architecture, and most importantly - half of my family is there.
Besides discussing real estate with your clients, what are your other favorite conversation topics?
Faith and politics! Even though we were told "those are the two things you should not talk about in polite company", ha!
