If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?

Choose the right realtor that fits with your personal style as well as goals. The worst situation you want to find yourself in is locked into a contract with a realtor that is not benefiting you or acting in a professional manner.

What sets you apart from other real estate agents?

My passion for helping people coupled with my knowledge and network helps assure a seamless and stress free process. Building the professional and personal relationship is also key to your goals. Being able to trust me and hear what I have to say, not as a sale pitch but as your professional in the industry that will guide you through the process and listen to your needs.

Choose a realtor that works full time and has provided you with past clients that have just sold their property. This will give you real time data so you can better make your decision who the right realtor is for you and your family.

In your opinion, what is the key to being a great real estate agent?

Listening to the clients wants and needs are. Developing a personal relationship with the client is my number 1 goal. Once we develop that trust in each other, the sky is the limit on where we can go.

My secondary passion would be law

My favourite sport is the beautiful game (soccer).

I would invest in multiple rental properties.

Helping families buy and sell their biggest investment with honesty and passion. Also connecting and building lasting relationships where you start out as a client but then turn into a friend.
