If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?*

Don't push yourself to your maximum. Especially in today's market, have something in reserve for those unforeseen events. Don't sweat the small stuff, you don't want to lose your dream house over a loose handrail!

What sets you apart from other real estate agents? Why should a potential customer work with you?*

To me it is not just about closing a deal. In a few years from now, I still want a relationship with my customers, that only happens if I am honest, reliable and have my clients best interest at heart.

If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?*

Declutter, declutter! If your house is full of clutter, buyers would immediately think there is not enough storage in the house. A coat of paint in a NEUTRAL colour goes a long way to make a home look fresh and clean.

When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?

I always have a few renovation projects going on at home so I am always painting or hard at work on my table saw.

What is your favorite quote?

You are never that important that other people should wait for you.

If you win a $10M lottery tomorrow, what would you do?

I would definitely buy a few properties to flip and rent out. Then a long around-the-world tour with my husband and stopping in at our scattered family along the way.
