What sets you apart from other real estate agents? Why should a potential customer work with you?*
I am pro-active, I want to close my deal in 1-3 weeks as after that even clients lose interest, it is not the same. If clients approach me to buy or sell, the deal will close asap.

When you sell, sell as if this is the best & only property available, present it in the best way such that the 1st person who views it, want's it.
