My help buying a home sales price is below market average as well.

I spend time with my wife and two kids.

What would you want to do for living if you were not a real estate agent?

I would be a coach that helps people with their blocks, constraints, goals and dreams.

Besides discussing real estate with your clients, what are your other favorite conversation topics?

Whats going on in their life. What kind of future they want to create. What their goals and dreams are. What is important to them.

If you win a $10M lottery tomorrow, what would you do?

I would give 10% to charity, help all my friends and family with their finances or owning property, I would invest a large amount for my families future and create a trust for my kids.
