If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a buyer, what would it be?
Doing market education step is one of the most important steps. This is when we go out to view about 5 homes with no intentions of buying but just for you & me to learn what is important to you. This saves tenth of thousands & makes the process enjoyable.

If you had to provide only one piece of advice to a seller what would it be?
Getting the property staged to make it the best it can be along with professional pictures, video, brochures that makes you stand out from the rest is extremely important to get you the top dollar in any market.
In your opinion, what is the key to being a great real estate agent?
Listening to your clients & adjusting to each one uniquely. Making sure that your treat them as you would want to be treated.

When you are not working, how do you like to spend your time?
I love to spend time with family and friends. Along with going too seminars to grow my knowledge and find new ways to better my team.
What would you want to do for living if you were not a real estate agent?
I really enjoy cooking for friends and family but not sure if I would want to do it in a restaurant style dynamic. I'm truly passionate for real estate and can't really think of anything that would be more perfect for me.
What is your favorite place to go to with your family or friends?
I love to go to cottages, parks, beaches and other outdoor place where I can BBQ and have some good laughs with friends and family.
If you win a $10M lottery tomorrow, what would you do?
Pay off my parents house and give them couple of millions to do whatever they desire. With the rest grow my real estate portfolio, invest into private mortgages, find some other investments and maybe travel a little with my family and friends.
